Information you provide
When you submit a project brief, we receive your name, email, company, website, service interests, business goal and investment range. We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry, prepare a relevant proposal and manage our follow-up.
How an enquiry is handled
Your enquiry is stored in our private enquiry and customer relationship system. Authorised team members can review it. Contact details are encrypted in the database. Notifications and replies may use our configured email provider. A confirmation means your enquiry was received; it does not mean that an email has already been delivered.
Audit planning and website reviews
The public audit planner prepares a checklist in your browser. It does not crawl your website. When you submit an enquiry with a website address, we may prepare an internal review of that public website to respond to your request. Automated review jobs require staff approval before they run. We do not gain access to your Search Console or private analytics through an enquiry form.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information while handling the request and for relevant business follow-up. Retention is reviewed by the team, and we delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, subject to records we must retain. You can ask us about your information or request correction or deletion through the email above. Downloaded briefs remain on your own device until you remove them.
Cookies and security
The website uses essential session and security cookies to protect forms and private account access. The default installation does not include advertising or analytics tracking. If optional tracking is enabled later, appropriate choices and privacy information must be provided before it runs.

Hosting and configured communications providers process information needed to deliver and secure the service. Portfolio links may lead to other websites with their own privacy practices. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in a project brief.
